How can I order?

You can easily order by following the steps below.
1- Browse the collections and products carefully prepared for you, including the recently added products on our homepage.
2- Select the products you want to buy and the appropriate sizes and click the “Add to Cart” button. (You can use the “Size Chart” field on the product detail page to choose the right size for you.)
3- After adding the products to your cart, click on the “My Cart” icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
4- Click the “Buy with Confidence” button to continue.
5- Fill in the shipping address field in detail and correctly. Choose your preferred payment method. Fill in the required information and click the “Complete Order” button. The process is complete; your order has been received! I hope you will be satisfied using it 🙂

Is there payment at the door, what are your payment options?

We do not have a cash on delivery option.

With the assurance of IYZICO, you can shop with credit cards of all banks in one shot or in installments on our website.

Are there any returns or exchanges, how can I do it?

All our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date.
IMPORTANT: If you want to change size; Just as you return the product in your hand from the system, quickly create an order again without waiting for the size you want to run out.

Returned products must be unused and undamaged. Otherwise, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

If your payment method is credit card, we refund the day we receive your package, but the reflection of the refund on your account may vary between 7/10 days depending on the situation of your bank and we have no chance to interfere with the bank. You can get information by calling your bank.

If your payment method is wire transfer, your refund will be credited to your account on the same day when your package reaches us and is approved.
